Shipping policy

I offer domestic shipping throughout the U.S. and orders will be shipped through USPS.

Please allow 2-3 weeks on Made To Order Items to be made and once made they will be mailed out in 1-3 days.

Ready To Ship Items will be mailed out in 2-3 days.

A tracking number will be provided for each order so that you can keep track of the status of your packages.

I am not responsible for any delays, lost, stolen or damaged packages. And I do not offer any credits or refunds for lost packages.

If for any reason a package is undeliverable and returned to me by USPS,  the customer will be responsible for the additional costs for packages to be reshipped and a reshipping fee will need to be paid by the customer prior to the re-mailing of the package to cover the new tracking number label and repackaging.

Please make sure that you enter the correct mailing address at checkout because that’s where your orders will be mailed too.

If for any reason you entered it wrong or want to change it, please notify me within 24 hours of placing your order so that I can make the necessary changes.
